Day 2. Welcoming Immigrants is a Family Value.

Our US immigration policies almost always are designed to negatively impact families and communities. Voting to support our families documented or undocumented is how we can a way to advocate for humane, and just policies, and systematic change.

We are not the first and will not be the last to face fascists, antisemites, racists, homophobes, and misogynists hungry for power. What can we learn from the past to assure our success in protecting democracy?
