Day 20. SAGE – Advocacy & Services for LGBTQ+ Elders.

SAGE is a national advocacy and services organization that’s been looking out for LGBTQ+ elders since 1978. They build welcoming communities and keep LGBTQ+ issues in the national conversation to ensure a fulfilling future for all LGBTQ+ people.

LGBTQ+ older people are twice as likely to be single and live alone, and four times less likely to have children. SAGE has nationwide services and 73 community partners, seven of which are in California. Learn more about SAGE and see how you might connect.
