The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is the largest LGBTQ+ advocacy group and political lobbying organization in the United States. Founded in 1980, the HRC is dedicated to achieving equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer individuals. The organization engages in a wide range of activities, including lobbying for pro-equality legislation, mobilizing grassroots action, providing resources and support for LGBTQ+ individuals, and conducting public education campaigns.
